If users do not know the exact location of OLM file, the software facilitates the search for the OLM files on individual volumes. After selecting the file OLM necessary, click the Convert button to start converting mailbox. The actual time spent in conversion varies with the size of the mailbox.
After convert OLM file to your PST file that corresponds, the software generates a tree mailbox folders. Users can preview the contents of the mailbox folders in the right pane when a specific folder containing emails that you selected in the tree. After seeing the preview content OLM mailbox file, users can go for the conversion of all or selected mailbox folders.
To convert only a few selected folders, clear the check boxes that appear in front of other mailbox folders in the tree view. Once the PST file is saved correctly, users can import directly into Outlook. To save in either or '.MSG' EML 'format, select the respective format and select a location on your computer to save them.
